Photos, galleries, and video in your pages and posts
The editor on News, Pages, the About page, and event descriptions gains an Image button (upload a photo straight into the text) and a Video button (paste a YouTube or Vimeo link). Several photos in a row become a gallery grid; a video link on its own line becomes a player. Everything loads lazily, and the players are the privacy-enhanced versions that set no cookies until someone presses play — so a page full of photos still opens fast on a phone.
A sponsors page and logo strip
Turn on Sponsors under Settings → Site Pages and add each sponsor with a logo, a link, a tier, and an optional end date. The home page shows a logo strip grouped by tier, /sponsors lists everyone with a line about them, and a sponsorship that ends leaves the site on its own — no more logos from three years ago. Links carry the attribute search engines ask for on sponsored links.
Welcome text and two curated looks
Under Look & Brand, write a welcome paragraph (with a photo or video if you like) that appears under your home-page banner, and choose between modern sans-serif and classic serif headings and a centered or left-aligned banner. No fonts are downloaded for any of it — your site stays as fast as before.
Moving from Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress: bring the blog, keep your Google rankings
Upload your old site’s blog export (the WordPress-format file they all produce) under News and every post arrives with its date, author, text, links, and photos, published or draft as it was — and the photos are copied into your own site’s storage so nothing depends on the old account once you close it. Each old post address is redirected to the new one automatically, and under Domain → Old Web Addresses you can list any other old page and where it should go now — visitors and search engines are sent straight there with a permanent redirect instead of a “page not found”.
Message a member from the directory
Every member directory entry now carries a Message button that opens a private conversation in the hub, so finding a person and reaching them is one step. Messaging is its own switch under Settings → Member Directory — it no longer depends on the community forum being on — and each member can decline messages from their profile. No email address is ever shown to either side, anyone can block anyone, and a member may start ten new conversations a day so nobody can write the whole roster.
Schedule a post
Give a News post a future publish date and it stays off the site until then — the list shows it as scheduled. Write the Monday announcement on Friday.
An About page that builds itself — and pages you write
Every site now has a live About page with no setup: your tagline, your own words when you add them, and a board section drawn straight from your People list — everyone tagged Board Member, with their name, credentials, office, and headshot. A new Pages tab lets you add plain pages of your own (Committees, Sponsors, a scholarship) with a simple editor, each at its own address and optionally in your site menu.
Member headshots
Members upload a photo from their hub profile and it appears on the member directory and the About page. Admins hold the moderation overrides on the People record — upload on someone’s behalf, remove a photo that doesn’t belong, and a sign-in switch that pauses one person’s hub access without touching their membership.
A member store for training and merchandise
An optional storefront where members list training and merchandise from their hub. Nothing goes live until an admin approves it, buyers pay through your association’s own Stripe account (same platform fee as registrations, nothing extra), the seller gets the order with the buyer’s details, and every sale lands on the Money page as automatic revenue. Off until you turn it on under Settings.
The Money page, fixed at the row
Receipts can now be attached or replaced after an entry exists, each row has its own Delete with the same reported-month and locked-year guards as before, and the statement folds out every automatically recorded payment — each paid registration and dues purchase, with the date and who — next to an explainer of how a Stripe payout bundles them. Match bank deposits against that list and never re-add them by hand.
Attendance that answers back
Marking someone Attended now says out loud what happened to their evaluation invite — sent just now, already in their inbox, or why not — and an Email Evaluation button re-sends a fresh link to the straggler whose email is buried. Paste Zoom’s participant list (or any list of names and emails) and everyone on it is marked present in one step.
Upcoming and past, on separate tabs
The admin Events page splits into Upcoming & Drafts and Past 12 Months, so the list you work from every week is only what’s ahead, and last year’s programs are still one click away for certificates and recordings.

A members-only community forum
An optional discussion space inside the member hub — never public, never indexed. Start it board-only (the recommended way in) and open it to all members when you’re ready; either way any single area can stay board-only. Members get one digest a week (daily or off if you prefer) for the discussions they follow rather than an email per reply, private member-to-member messages that never expose anyone’s email address, and moderation is built in: report a post, hide or restore it, lock or pin a discussion, or pause someone’s posting while they keep reading. It is the one feature that asks something of your board — somebody has to read it — so it stays off until you decide you want that.
A job board that pays your association
Turn on an optional job board and employers pay your association to post openings to your members — the money arriving in your own Stripe account alongside dues and registrations. Recruiters need no account: they confirm their work email, pay, and get a private link that edits, renews, or archives that posting (and they can request a new link themselves if they lose it). Every posting carries a 30-day clock with a reminder a week out, so listings that nobody renews archive themselves instead of going stale. Postings publish with the structured data Google’s job results read, and each one counts views, apply clicks, and self-reported applications so the recruiter can see what they got. Off until you turn it on; you set the price, and you can review postings before they publish if you’d rather.
Your own privacy and refund policies
Every site now publishes a privacy notice and a refund policy written for you, in plain English, from day one — no lawyer, no blank page. Both are editable under Settings when your association wants its own wording, and the privacy page keeps a short standard notice about how OrgHQ handles data underneath whatever you write.
Broadcast drafts
Start an email blast, leave, and come back to it. Broadcasts save as drafts and wait on the Broadcast page — so the newsletter you write across three sittings is no longer one closed tab away from gone.
A member directory, on your terms
Turn on an optional directory in the member hub — visible to signed-in current members only, never the public. You choose which fields it shows (email and phone stay off unless you say so), and every member controls their own entry: hide any field, or leave the directory entirely, right from their profile. Admins can unlist anyone from the People page.
Board meetings run themselves
Pick "Board Meeting" as the event type and it becomes board-only automatically: never on your public site, no announcement blast — instead, every board member is registered and emailed a calendar invite the moment you publish. One-click RSVPs give the chair a live quorum count before the meeting, the agenda packet links itself from Board Files in every invite and reminder, minutes upload from the attendance page and file themselves into Board Files, and a calendar-style repeat — weekly, monthly, or quarterly, ending after N meetings or on a date — creates the whole series with one email carrying every calendar invite.
Member surveys — anonymous if you want, tallied for you
Build a survey next to your forms (ratings, choices, open text), send it from Broadcast, and every member gets their own one-click link: no sign-in, exactly one response per person. Turn on anonymous responses for the honest-answers topics — you see who responded, never who said what. Re-sending automatically skips everyone who already answered, and results tally themselves: averages, percentages, and every comment.
The full workspace export — your data is always yours
One button on Settings downloads everything your organization owns as ordinary files: people, events and registrations, dues history, news posts, board files in their folders, and (for designated money admins) the complete ledger with receipts. Great as an offline backup — and exactly what you’d need if you ever left, because no lock-in is the point.
The speaker program runs itself
Add speakers (one, two, or a panel) by name and email: invitations, recording consent, conflict-of-interest disclosure, slide collection, a complimentary registration with CE, and their photos on the flyer and event page all happen automatically. When the recording is ready, every registrant gets a “watch and earn CE” email pointing at the member hub.
Treasurer controls
Limit the Money page and treasurer’s report to designated admins; once a month has been reported to the board, editing it asks for an explicit confirmation. The report itself now shows the month and year-to-date side by side.
Membership management, grown up
Edit a plan’s price or name in place, retire a plan without stranding auto-renewals (renewals stop at each member’s paid-through date, with an optional notice email), stop a member’s auto-renew for them when they call the office, and grant complimentary or extended memberships in one click.
Dues increases with proper notice
Raise a plan’s price and, if you choose, move current auto-renew members to it the right way: they’re emailed the old price, the new price, and the date; nothing changes for 30 days; and the new amount first appears at their next renewal after that. Nobody’s card is ever charged an amount they weren’t told about.

On-Demand Learning & CE
Paste a recording link and it becomes a member library — with full CE credit earned on demand: a time-verified watch (the attestation unlocks only after 75% of the program’s length), your standard evaluation, and an optional quiz you author with a pass mark. Certificates and CE completion reports work exactly as they do for live attendance.
Board Files, now with folders
A private, board-only document library — agendas, minutes, budgets — organized into folders you create just by typing a name. Files move between folders in one click; folders disappear when their last file leaves.
Custom domains that connect themselves
The domain page now shows a live found/not-found check per DNS record, detects where your DNS is hosted and links that provider’s own guide, and re-checks every hour — when your records land, the domain connects and you get an email. You can also email the instructions straight to your IT person.
Era-correct certificate signatures
When your president changes, old CE certificates keep the signature of whoever held office at the time of the event — automatically, forever. Certificates also now print as exactly one page.
Bring your history with you
Past events, registrations, attendance, and evaluations can come along when you migrate — members see their full history and can reprint old CE certificates from day one.
Smarter events page
The public events list shows today and future events only; the calendar view keeps the full history, and past event pages stay live for certificates and recordings.
