Speakers invited for in-person events too
Speaker invitations, with the recording consent and conflict-of-interest disclosure, used to wait for an online meeting link, so speakers at in-person events were never invited. Now every speaker is invited on the event’s first save with a date, drafts included, and gets a short note with the joining link whenever one is added or changed.
