For Your Board Meeting

OrgHQ in One Page

A single platform that runs a professional association's website, events, payments, membership, email, continuing education, bookkeeping, and board documents — built for volunteer-run organizations with no technical skills required, priced flat.

One action by a volunteer — everything after the first stop is automatic.

Today's tool OrgHQ includes Typical cost
Membership platform Member database, dues, renewals, self-service member hub $50–100/mo
Website builder + hosting Branded site on your own domain, updated from the admin $15–40/mo
Email marketing Broadcasts, automatic newsletter, reminders, compliance $15–45/mo
Bookkeeping software Treasurer's ledger: online revenue records itself, bank imports, receipts, and the monthly report emails the board by itself $30–90/mo
Event tooling & glue work Registration, payments, waitlists, Zoom, evaluations, CE certificates volunteer hours
Survey tool Member surveys: one-click links, one response per member, anonymous options, results that tally themselves $25–40/mo

OrgHQ: $60/month billed annually ($720/year), or $75 month-to-month — everything included, no per-member tiers.

Our money stays ours

Dues and registration payments go straight to the association's own bank account through its own Stripe account. OrgHQ never holds funds. A flat 3.5% platform fee applies to online payments.

No lock-in — easy in, easy out

Moving in: send the current member export and a free concierge migration hands back a populated workspace, usually in two business days. Moving out: one button exports everything — members, registrations, dues history, board documents, even the bookkeeping with receipts — as ordinary files any product can read. Month-to-month option, cancel anytime, no exit fees.

Built for non-technical volunteers

If you can fill in a form, you can run it: plain-English screens, a built-in owner's manual, and no plugins, servers, updates, or passwords to manage. Reminders, renewals, evaluations, certificates, and the board packet run automatically — and when officers change, access transfers in minutes.

One association's switch

The Ohio Association for Healthcare Quality replaced seven tools and a president's hand-work with one subscription — the before and after.

Trying it risks nothing

Free 14-day trial, no card required — and a free concierge migration: send the current member export and the trial workspace comes back already populated. Run it alongside the current system until the board is satisfied.

Secure and stable by architecture — without burdening volunteers

There are no passwords to steal, reuse, or reset: members and admins sign in with their email, links are single-use, and Sign Out signs you out on every device — including the shared computer at work. Each association's data is isolated at every layer of the platform, member privacy controls are opt-in for contact details, and encrypted backups are written nightly to three separate companies. There are no plugins, servers, or updates for a volunteer to patch, and protections are built into the architecture itself — so every new feature inherits them instead of re-inventing them.

Running Ohio Association for Healthcare Quality since 2026 — 58 members, 6 events, 182 CE certificates.

Payments by Stripe — money goes to your own bank
Your data exports any time — one button, ordinary files
Uptime status — 90 days, public

So we can answer questions — no newsletter, no spam.

What do you pay today, per month? (Rough numbers are fine — leave blank what you don't have.)
