“Did you go?” after a partner event, and Board Insights that read your history
When a member signed in to your site presses Register on a partner event, the click is noted before they go on to the partner’s registration page (visitors who aren’t signed in are only counted). The day after the event, each of those members is emailed once — “Did you go?” — with three one-tap answers: I attended, I registered but couldn’t go, or I didn’t register. Their member hub asks the same question until they answer, and they can change their answer later. Every ask says plainly that it only helps you understand how members take part in partner activities, and that proof of attendance and any CE credit are between the member and the hosting organization — you don’t verify, record or certify attendance at partner events. The email respects unsubscribes and Do Not Contact. The Events list shows, on each partner event, how many clicked through, attended, registered but didn’t go, didn’t register, or haven’t answered; the event page lists who said what, a member’s record shows their partner events, and the workspace export includes it. Board Insights is fixed for associations whose members were imported: a member’s first renewal here now counts as a renewal; average attendance covers your own events of the last 12 months (not partner events or board meetings); the renewal pipeline gains a row for auto-renewals whose card was declined; and projected dues price each member from their last payment, their Stripe subscription, or your plan’s price, and say how many were priced each way.
