Mark as Spam, and a daily limit on contact-form email

Every message in your Inbox now has a Mark as Spam button. It moves the message to Likely Spam and blocks the sender, so anything that address writes later is kept there and never emailed to you; Not Spam, or Unblock on the Blocked Senders list, undoes it. The spam check also now recognizes the hand-typed sales pitch — web design, a free audit, “a quick call” — not just link spam. And your contact form now emails you at most 3 messages a day from any one internet connection, and 25 a day in all; past that, messages still arrive in the Inbox, they just aren’t also emailed. Likely Spam no longer lights up the Inbox count, either. Nothing is deleted along the way.
