Message a member from the directory
Every member directory entry now carries a Message button that opens a private conversation in the hub, so finding a person and reaching them is one step. Messaging is its own switch under Settings → More Settings → Member Directory — it no longer depends on the community forum being on — and each member can decline messages from their profile. No email address is ever shown to either side, anyone can block anyone, and a member may start ten new conversations a day so nobody can write the whole roster.
