Questions about OrgHQ, your workspace, or the Zoom integration? Send us a message — we reply within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm US Eastern).

Quick answers

  • Forgot your site's address? Type your email and we'll list your workspaces.
  • The sign-in code didn't arrive? Check spam for a message from your organization, then press Resend code on the code screen — only the newest code works.
  • Leaving, or want a backup? In your admin, Setup → Settings → Your Data downloads everything; Money → OrgHQ Billing cancels.
  • Connecting your own domain? Setup → Domain shows the two records to add, and emails you when it connects.
