OrgHQ + Zoom
Connect your organization's Zoom account once, and
OrgHQ runs your online events end to end: it creates the Zoom meeting when you save an event, sends the
join link, passcode, and dial-in numbers to registrants automatically, and records attendance from Zoom's
participant report after the meeting — which unlocks evaluations and CE certificates for the people who
were actually there. OrgHQ never joins your meetings and never reads recordings or chat.
Adding the App
1
Sign in to your OrgHQ admin
Your workspace admin lives at
yourorg.orghq.org/admin (or your custom domain). Don't have a workspace yet?
Create one free.
2
Open Integrations and click "Connect Zoom"
You'll be sent to zoom.us to approve the
connection — sign in as your Zoom account's admin. No keys to copy, nothing to configure.
3
Save an event with "Create a Zoom Meeting automatically"
The meeting link, ID, passcode,
and dial-in numbers fill in on their own and go out with every confirmation and reminder. After the
meeting, attendance syncs back within the hour.
Removing the App
Two ways, both instant: click Disconnect Zoom on your
OrgHQ Integrations page, or uninstall OrgHQ from your Zoom account's App Marketplace page
(Zoom notifies us and the connection is removed automatically). Existing events keep the meeting links
they already have; new events simply stop auto-creating meetings. No Zoom data is retained beyond the
meeting IDs already attached to your own events.
