What happens on day 15: the card or bank account
you added is charged for the plan you chose. Cancel before then under OrgHQ Billing → Manage Billing and you pay
nothing; your site then pauses — nothing is deleted, and subscribing brings it all straight back.

The Events Plan: for associations mostly here for CE events
$39 per CE event, no monthly fee. Registration,
attendance, evaluations, printable certificates in your branding, and the completion report for your
accreditor — paid once, when a CE event goes live. Events without CE are free, and your site never pauses.
What counts as a CE event? A CE event is one that offers CE credit, including credit still pending. Each is paid for once, when it first goes live, however many people attend and however often you edit it. Events without CE, partner events, and board meetings are free.
It includes everything in the table below marked for both plans, and leaves out
membership, dues, and renewals; the job board; the community forum; and the member store. Those are on the full plan:

What do you pay today?
Most associations stitch together eight tools that OrgHQ replaces with
one — including basic financial record-keeping and treasurer's reports, so you can drop the
separate bookkeeping subscription too. Typical monthly prices are pre-filled; adjust to yours.

Not every tool has a monthly price tag — the bigger cost is
the volunteer hours spent moving data between them. OrgHQ keeps members, events, payments, newsletters, CE,
board files, and the books in one place, so there's nothing to reconcile between systems.
OrgHQ’s platform fee on these is added to its price below. Stripe’s processing fee is left out, as any card processor charges one.

Free concierge migration
Switching from Wild Apricot, AMO, Join It, or a spreadsheet? Exports from those
systems import in one step — and your bank or Xero transaction CSV imports straight into the treasurer's
ledger. Or skip even that: ask us to move you in. The form takes no
files, so we reply by email within one business day and you attach your exports to that reply; we hand back
a populated workspace, usually within two business days. Free, no commitment — it's your trial workspace,
already moved in.
Paying for OrgHQ
By card or US bank account, added on Stripe’s secure checkout page when you start the free trial — in
US dollars. Nothing is charged until the trial ends; then Stripe charges it automatically. After that it lives under Money → OrgHQ Billing
in your admin: a receipt is emailed with every payment, and Manage Billing there opens Stripe’s
portal, where you can download every invoice, change the card, or cancel, without contacting anyone. On the
Events plan, the card or US bank account is added at signup, and each CE event is charged to it when you publish or schedule it.
Online payments
When members pay you online (event registrations, dues), the money is
deposited directly to your organization's bank account through your own Stripe account — OrgHQ never holds
your funds. The fee above is shown again in your admin before you connect payments, so there are never
surprise charges.
