Money’s figures agree from month to month and from page to page
An account you archived after emptying it no longer drops out of the months it still held money: each month’s “All accounts” now ends where the next one begins, and the board report lists the account at that month’s end. Transactions’ totals leave out entries dated after today, as the Overview and the year statement do, and say beside the totals which ones wait for their day. The year tile’s comparison with last year sets this year so far beside the same days of last year, not all of last year’s month. In the data export, store orders are dated on your time zone’s day, and Money/reconciliations.csv says whether each month was checked against a bank statement or Stripe, the difference left when it was marked, and your note on it. On a phone, Money’s back links and its “On this statement” and “How the import reads your file” lines are easy to tap, and a screen reader announces the question asked before a reconciled entry is deleted.
