Two records for one person, found and merged

People now notices when two records are probably the same person — the same email address on both, the same phone number, or the same first and last name — and offers a Review & merge screen that shows both side by side: which record is kept, what it gains, and how many registrations, payments, and messages move onto it. Nothing happens until you confirm. The kept record wins every field it has filled in, the other only fills the blanks, a membership is never shortened, and the other record’s address carries over as the second address so sign-in keeps working (the screen says so if there’s no room for it). If both records are auto-renewing, the merge waits until you stop one, so nobody is charged twice. Merging can’t be undone. Two people who really do share a name or a hospital phone number? Press Not a duplicate and that match stops appearing.
