Every board member opens Board Files in the member hub, the board report totals your accounts, and your data export keeps the treasurer’s reports
Anyone tagged Board Member now finds the board’s files and the treasurer’s reports on the Board card of their member hub, whether or not board members can sign in to the admin, and whether or not they are an admin — the files used to be listed there only while board sign-in was off. A blocked, archived or paused person still opens nothing. The report email now says where each person’s list of every report is: the Board card in their member hub, or Board Files for the Admin Team, linked. The treasurer’s report ends its accounts with their total, the sum of every account’s balance at the month’s end — the same total as the Overview’s All accounts, which a transfer between your accounts doesn’t change — and reports sent before this show it too. Settings → Your Data’s full export now has Money/treasurers-reports.csv, every report the board got with its figures and each account’s balance, a PDF of each report as the board got it in Money/treasurers-reports/, and Money/month-closes.csv: who closed and reopened each month, when and why, and each account left unreconciled with the reason given.
