The treasurer’s report email’s button opens the report, for every board member

The treasurer’s report email ended with “Open the 2026 Statement”, which opened the Money page: a board member without access to Money was turned away, and one who isn’t an admin couldn’t sign in at all. The button now reads “View or Print This Report” and opens the report the board was sent, on a page of its own with no sign-in — who closed the month and when, the treasurer’s note, the month in brief, the statement, each account and the year by month — with a button to print it or save it as a PDF. Each person’s button is their own link, and it stops opening the report once they are no longer on the board or the Admin Team, or if they are blocked. The email now sums up the month in two sentences before the figures. A corrected report says what it replaces and what changed, and the earlier report’s page points to the correction. The scheduled report’s links use your website’s own domain when you have one, as a report sent from the Money page already did.
