A person’s membership on one card, payments that say how they were paid, and Re-subscribe
A person’s record now has one Membership card: their status, the date they’re a member through, whether auto-renew is on (and the day Stripe charges), and their plan — with the buttons that change them right underneath. Extend 1 Year now says the date it extends to, and takes the amount of the check or cash, which then appears in their payments and on your Money statement by itself. Correct Status or Date moved to the same card, and saving Contact Details no longer touches either. Each payment now says how it was made — a Stripe auto-renewal, the start of a subscription, a one-time online payment, a manual entry and who recorded it, an import — and any promo code or Stripe coupon, with the list price and what came off. And when someone unsubscribed by mistake and asks to be put back, an admin can now re-subscribe them, with a note of how they asked saved on the record (never after a spam report).
