Email addresses that stop working are noticed
When a member’s email address starts bouncing — a new employer domain is the usual reason — OrgHQ now notices on its own. Their People record says Email Bouncing, the admin home lists them under Waiting for you, nothing more is sent to the dead address, and their member hub asks them to update it. Put the new address in their record, or they change it themselves, and mail resumes — for an auto-renewing member, Stripe’s receipts move to the new address too. Someone who marks your email as spam is unsubscribed. There’s nothing to set up; if you use your own Resend account with a send-only key, Integrations says the one thing to change.
