Every treasurer’s report sent to the board is kept in Board Files and the member hub
The treasurer’s report email says Board Files lists every report sent, and now it does: Board Files has a Treasurer’s Reports card with each report the board got, newest first — its month, the day it went, and whether it was a corrected report — and View opens it as the board got it, ready to print, by a link made for whoever is looking. A board member who isn’t an admin finds the same list on the member hub’s Board card, in Spanish too. A report that went before months could be closed is listed with the day it went, and says its copy wasn’t kept. The “Open the 2026 Statement” button in reports sent before this change now opens these reports for a board member, or an admin who can’t open Money, with a note saying why, instead of the dashboard; and when it asks a board member to sign in to the admin, the sign-in page points them to the member hub.
