Member Spotlight: ask a member, then turn their answers into a news post
Forms & Surveys has a ready-made Member Spotlight Questionnaire: New Form → Start From a Template. It asks a member about their quality story, their current work, practical takeaways, professional growth, how members can reach them and a little fun — every question optional, a headshot upload, and your association’s name throughout — and it’s link-only, so nobody sees it until you share it. Every form now has a Share button: Copy Link, or Ask a Member to Fill It Out — find the person, check the note (written in their language), and Send. One email goes from your association with a button to the form, and their reply comes to you; once a day per person, never to anyone marked Do Not Contact, and the form’s page shows who you asked and whether they’ve answered. Text It Instead opens Messages on your phone with the note and the link. When their answers arrive, Draft a News Post from This Response makes a draft titled “Member Spotlight: their name”, with each answered question under its heading and their headshot as the cover — nothing is published until you check it with them and press Publish. Forms can also ask Checkboxes questions now, with an optional “Other” box.
