Archived people come back on their own; blocked people are told
Someone you archived who returns and proves their email address — signing in to the member hub, or entering the code when they join or register — is now restored automatically and carries on, instead of waiting for a code that never arrived. Their record’s notes say when they came back and who had archived them. A blocked address is told plainly, everywhere it is refused — joining, registering, buying a recording or in the store, posting a job, signing in, changing to it in the hub, or being added to a group membership — that it can’t continue, with a link to your Contact page; it used to see a misleading message such as “registration isn’t open” or “already has their own membership”. The People download and the workspace export gain an archived column (importing it changes nothing). And Do Not Contact now stops only outreach — Email Members, announcements, newsletters, renewal reminders, digests and job alerts — never a person’s own receipts, codes, event mail, certificates or card-declined notice; the Declined Renewals list can send the update-card email to them again.
