Online payments count in every money figure
The Money page’s month-by-month chart, the month and last-year figures, and “Where the money went” used to count only the entries you added or imported, so an association paid mostly online saw almost empty income bars. They now include every dues payment, registration and store sale paid online, in the month it was paid by your own clock. The chart shows online and entered income in two shades, and a new “Where the money came from” sits beside “Where the money went”. Two costs OrgHQ records exactly are now on the statement too: the OrgHQ fee on store sales, and CE event passes on the Events plan — a bank import marks a matching card charge so it isn’t added twice. Import From Stripe no longer takes a refund out a second time when you refunded the registration from its Sign-Ups page. The monthly board report, the dashboard’s Financial Health and “Dues received this year” all show the same numbers as the Money page.
