Renewals by check count as renewals, and Board Insights projects what Stripe will charge
A check or cash renewal recorded on a member’s record — the amount with Extend 1 Year, or Record Early Payment — now counts as a renewal in your weekly summary; for a member imported with their end date it read as a new member. Board Insights’ Renewed Online counts online renewals only, as it says, and its projection counts a member on a monthly plan for every charge in the next 90 days, prices a household or discounted subscription at what Stripe actually charges, and calls a check “their last payment”, not an online one. A subscription you linked from your own Stripe that bills monthly or quarterly now renews its member for a month or a quarter per charge, not a year.
