Languages
Your association’s site in English, Spanish, or both
Pick a site language and everything a member or visitor reaches follows — the public site, registration and joining, the member hub, the community, the job board, the privacy notice and refund policy — and every email a member gets arrives in the language that member chose.
Three Choices, One Setting
English; English and Spanish, with a language switch on every page; or Spanish on its own. It is one setting under Settings → The Basics, and a member’s choice is saved so their emails follow it.
Email Follows the Member
Confirmations, reminders, renewal notices, and the community digest arrive in each member’s own language — including the ones sent overnight, with nobody on a page to ask. A recruiter and a job-alert subscriber get theirs in the language they used.
Your Policies, in Spanish Too
The privacy notice and refund policy OrgHQ writes for you read in Spanish, with a note that the English version governs and a link to it. A policy you wrote yourself is shown as you wrote it.
Dates and Money Written Your Way
Separately from language, choose how dates, times, and prices are written — US, Canadian, UK, Irish, Australian, or New Zealand style. A UK site reads “2 Oct 2026 · 14:30 BST”. Payments are charged in US dollars, so outside the US prices are marked as US dollars.
What Stays English, Said Up Front
The admin your board uses and the emails to admins stay in English. So do the CE certificate and the speaker pages, because accreditors review their wording. What your board writes — news, event descriptions, announcements — appears as you wrote it.
Members read your site in their own language; the board keeps one admin. Included in the flat price —
$60/month billed annually, or $75 month-to-month — never an add-on.
