Exports from Wild Apricot, Join It, and similar systems import as-is — the importer recognizes their column names, date formats, and status words. Statuses and expiry dates included, and everything exports back out anytime. Prefer not to touch a CSV? Concierge migration is free.
An Optional Member Directory
Turn on a members-only directory in the hub — never public, never shown to non-members. You pick which fields it shares (email and phone stay off unless you enable them), members add their own headshot, and every member can hide any field or unlist themselves from their own profile. Duplicates Found, Then Merged
People shows possible duplicates — two records sharing an email, a phone number, or a name. Review & merge shows both side by side and what will move; the kept record gains the other’s registrations, payments, and address, and a membership is never shortened. Nothing changes until you confirm.
A Declined Card Isn’t a Lapse
When an auto-renewal’s card is declined, the member keeps member access for up to 21 days while Stripe retries, and is emailed to update the card. Nobody loses member pricing overnight because a card expired.
