Create Workspace

For members

A members-only community that stays private, and mostly runs itself

A member directory with headshots, a private discussion forum with member-to-member messaging, and board meetings that invite, RSVP, and file their own minutes — all inside the member hub, all off until you switch them on.

A Directory Members Control

Visible to signed-in current members only, never the public. You pick which fields it shows (email and phone stay off unless you enable them), members upload their own headshot, and each member can hide any field or leave the directory entirely from their own profile.

A Forum That Doesn’t Become a Chore

Start it board-only — the recommended way in — and open it to all members when you know people use it. One digest a week for the discussions someone follows (daily or off if they prefer), never an email per reply. Report, hide, lock, pin, or pause a member’s posting from one moderation page.

Private Messages, No Addresses Exposed

Members can message each other from the directory or from any post. Nobody’s email address is ever shown — not to the other member, not in the notification. Each member can decline messages from their profile, anyone can block anyone, and a conversation is readable by admins only once a participant reports it.

Board Meetings That Run Themselves

Pick "Board Meeting" as the event type and every board member is registered and emailed a calendar invite; one-click RSVPs give the chair a quorum count before the meeting, the agenda packet links itself from Board Files, and minutes file themselves afterward. Repeat monthly or quarterly and the whole year schedules in one step.

Your Board on the About Page

Tag someone Board Member, give them an office on their People record, and they appear on your public About page with their credentials and headshot — updated the moment the board changes, never a page to edit.

Honest About the Cost

A directory and board meetings ask nothing of you. The forum asks one thing: somebody has to read it. It stays off until your board decides it wants that — and turning it off later hides it without deleting anything.

The reason people join an association is each other — give them somewhere private to find each other. Included in the flat price — $60/month billed annually, or $75 month-to-month — never an add-on.
