Email your board during the free trial, before your sending domain is set up
Your board approves the spend, so it no longer waits for your subscription to hear from you. During the free trial, and before your own sending domain is set up, Email Members and the “Announce the new site to your board” stop on your dashboard can send to your board: the people tagged Board Member on People, up to 25 of them. Their replies come to the admin who sent it, and every email still carries an unsubscribe link. Emailing your members or your whole list still needs your own sending domain, your mailing address and, after the free trial, your OrgHQ plan started; a board email needs your mailing address too. With more than 25 people tagged Board Member, the board email waits like the rest of the list, and the page says why. And the “Not your address?” fix for a mistyped signup email is now offered for the first hour after you sign up; after that, the strip on your dashboard links to OrgHQ Support, who will change it for you.
