The Events plan is $39 per CE event, with no monthly fee and no trial. Add a card or US bank account at signup; each CE event’s $39 is charged when you publish or schedule it. Events without CE are free, and you can move to the full plan any time. Online payments carry the same 3.5% platform fee as the full plan, plus Stripe’s processing fee.

Common Questions

How much does it cost?
$60/month billed annually, or $75 month-to-month — flat, everything included, free for the first 14 days (add a card or US bank account to start; you’re charged when the trial ends unless you cancel) — or, for mostly CE events, the Events plan at $39 per CE event with no monthly fee. Online payments carry 3.5% ($1.75 on a $50 registration) on top of Stripe's fee; the pricing page has the whole sheet.
Where does the money go when members pay?
Straight to your organization's own bank account through your own Stripe account, which OrgHQ sets up with one button. OrgHQ never holds your money.
Do members need to create accounts and passwords?
No passwords, ever. Members sign in with a 6-digit code emailed to them (a sign-in link works too) — the same way they verify themselves when registering for events.
We already have a member list. Can we bring it?
Yes — paste or upload your spreadsheet or your current platform's export, and statuses and expiry dates arrive intact. Or send it to us and we'll import it for you, free.
What if we want to leave?
One button downloads everything — people, events, dues history, board files, the books — as ordinary files any product can read. Cancel any time from your admin — a monthly plan stops at the end of that month, a year paid up front at the end of that year — with no exit fee and no retention call.
Do we need a technical person?
No. There is nothing to install, update, or back up — if you can fill in a form, you can run it, and the site keeps working when nobody signs in for a month.
Is it accessible to members with disabilities?
Yes — every page is built to WCAG 2.1 AA and checked in a real browser before each release, and any brand color you choose is adjusted to stay readable. Our accessibility statement says exactly what is tested, and what isn’t yet.
Can it run our webinars?
Yes, end to end: registrations, the join link, attendance from your own Zoom account, then evaluations and CE certificates — automatically. Other meeting tools work too, with attendance as a one-click mark; see webinars & online events.
Can members earn CE from a recording after the event?
Yes. Paste the recording link, turn on on-demand CE, and viewers earn the same branded certificate by watching it and completing the evaluation (and a quiz, if you add one); see on-demand learning & CE.
Can our site be in another language?
Yes — pick English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Filipino, Vietnamese, or several together, and the public site, registration, the member hub and every member email follow, each member's in the language they chose. The admin and CE certificates stay in English, and what your board writes appears as you wrote it; see sites in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Filipino and Vietnamese.
