Do members need to create accounts and passwords?
No passwords, ever. Members sign in with a 6-digit code emailed to them (a sign-in link works too) — the
same way they verify themselves when registering for events.
We already have a member list. Can we bring it?
Yes — paste or upload your spreadsheet or your current platform's export, and statuses and expiry dates
arrive intact. Or send it to us and we'll import it for you, free.
What if we want to leave?
One button downloads everything — people, events, dues history, board files, the books — as ordinary files
any product can read. Cancel any month; no exit fee, no retention call.
Do we need a technical person?
No. There is nothing to install, update, or back up — if you can fill in a form, you can run it, and the site
keeps working when nobody signs in for a month.
Can it run our webinars?
Yes, end to end: registrations, the join link, attendance from your own Zoom account, then evaluations and CE
